The fourth instalment of Forza's hugely popular arcade-style motoring spin-off Horizon is out soon.

Forza Horizon 4 hits UK shelves in a matter of days and fans are feverish with anticipation over its imminent release.

The latest episode of the motoring simulator is set in the UK and features a number of new features which gamers can't wait to get their hands on.

So with the game's release just around the corner, we take a look at what fans can look forward to when it comes out.

What's new in Forza Horizon 4?

The latest Forza game is set in Great Britain, meaning gamers can drive around beautifully detailed tracks set in such breathtaking landscapes as the Scottish Highlands and the quiet villages and rolling countryside of England and Wales.

And as is fitting for a game that's set in the UK, the ever-changing weather plays a hugely important part in the game play.

Dynamic weather means the temperature will affect which tyres you choose to drive on and force you to adapt your vehicle to the changing conditions.

Not only do leaves fall off the trees when its autumn and it gets a bit sunnier during summer, lakes and roads freeze over in the winter, making it easier to skid.

Roads become harder to drive on when it's snowing, while some tracks won't even be available at certain times of the year.

In the summer dirt roads dry up and become dusty, which become wet and boggy during spring and autumn rains.
