Deal Marks First MVPD Integration for CuriosityStream, a service Launched by John Hendricks, Founder of Discovery Channel

CuriosityStream, home to world-class original documentary films and series exploring science, technology, history, nature, health and more, is now available to Xfinity TV customers nationwide. The unique on-demand service is accessible in the home using Comcast’s cable service through Xfinity on Demand. Xfinity TV customers with an X1 voice remote can also access it using the voice command “CuriosityStream.” Additionally, Xfinity TV customers can view CuriosityStream on the go via the Xfinity Stream App and portal.
Some of CuriosityStream’s most popular and binge-worthy shows now available through Xfinity TV include the Emmy® award-winning Stephen Hawking’s Favorite Places, David Attenborough’s Light On Earth, Deep Time History and Prescription: Nutrition. Xfinity TV customers can look forward to being able to enjoy the complete catalog featuring more than 1,700 films and series in 2018.
